Your body needs a certain amount of essential vitamins and minerals to function properly. What happens when you don’t get enough of them? With potatoes, leave the skin on (with baked or mashed potatoes) or if you peel them, make snacks of them. But just because belly fat comes off a bit more easily doesn’t make it less dangerous.
